Refund policy
All perishable orders such as food are final sale. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if an order arrives damaged or spoiled. Our customer service team will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Please reach out to our team at sales@thecrabbyshack.com on the day of arriving. We are not responsible for packages/orders reported damaged or spoiled due to a delay in opening and/or not properly storing the package’s contents upon delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of the garments and accessories, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Please reach out to our team at sales@thecrabbyshack.com to request a RA(return authorization)# and return item(s) in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline your return if these terms have not been followed. If you'd like to exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
