Shipping policy

All of our orders are packed with love by our own staff at our own store in Brooklyn, NY. 

All perishable order comes frozen with an ice pack to keep it fresh.

All orders placed by 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same day.  All orders placed on weekends including Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

*Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Thursdays will be shipped on the next business day as well.

We apologize the inconvenience that a Sunday delivery and shipping to P.O. Boxes are not available.

Due to the agricultural laws in California and Arizona, we won't be able to ship to these states.  

We're not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier's scans in error or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.  Unfortunately some things are outside of our control once the package is in the hands of FedEx(perishable), UPS or USPS

We highly recommend ordering your items in advance to arrive 2+ days prior to the actual day that you'd like to receive the order, especially during times of high demand like the holidays or for a time-sensitive events.  A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation by e-mail. Once an order is shipped, no modifications/cancellations are allowed. 

 We ship to residential addresses as well as public places or venues such as a business, hotel, hospital, etc.  Please make sure to include the name of the recipient, as well as the name of the place/venue in the shipping address. We encourage you to let the destination know that a perishable shipment is on the way so that they are aware. We are not responsible for packages that are refused by places/venues.
